Registration 

Do I have to register to place an order?  You do not have to register to shop online. You have the option to sign in as a Guest to bypass the registration feature.


How do I register?  To register you will be asked to register with your existing email account information. We do not have access to your log in information. 

Placing an Order 

Why can't I add an item to my shopping cart?  If a notification that an item is not available is received when attempting to add the item to your cart, the item is currently sold out and we are in the process of removing it from our site. We do receive restocks so keep checking back!

Can I order something and have it held until I need it? We require that all orders be delivered the very next business day. As orders can be returned for a full refund we do not allow for orders to be held for any longer. For persons who would still require that their items be held, we require a deposit of 20% of the invoice total. This order must be delivered within 2 weeks. The remainder of the balance will be paid on delivery, however if this item is returned after being held we will permit a refund only of the balance that was paid on delivery. The initial 20% deposit is non refundable if the order is cancelled or returned. 

Do I need a credit or debit card to place an order? At this moment we do not accept credit or debit cards but we are looking into safe ways to do so. We use the option of Cash on Delivery to allow everyone to be able to shop at our site. Please click the Payment link in the footer for detail information on our Cash on Delivery payment information.

Why does the size option have "NOTIFY ME" included?

This is an option to place an order for an item that was already ordered but not delivered. If the item was not delivered you will then be notified and it will be delivered to you.

Order Status

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?  We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. It's possible this could have gone to your “Junk” email folder or we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us at enbestore@gmail.com and we can verify your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.

When will my items be delivered Items will be delivered within 1 or 2 business days. If any sooner or later you will be notified. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays unless asked to and if it is possible. Deliveries will be made between 9:00am and 1:00pm.

Can I use my discount on SALE items?  Sale items can not be discounted. Any individual discounts will be charged to items with original price.

Changing an Order 

How do I cancel or change my order or address after my order has been placed?  To change or cancel your order simply email us as enbestore@gmail.com but this must be done within 5 hours after placed the order.

Sizing 

Do you carry Plus Size clothing? Yes, we do carry Plus Size clothing.

Why is my size not showing on the pull down menu?  This means that size is Sold Out or Unavailable. Generally the sizes offered range from Small to Large for our clothing; certain items may carry X-Small or X-Large. Items in Plus Sizes will be labelled as such.

How do I know what size I wear?  You can refer to our size chart in the footer for reference. 

Misc.

Do you have physical stores?  At this time ENBE is an online store only. This allows us to add new merchandise quickly.  

Do you take special requests? We take requests such as certain styles or trends you would like us to carry. We do not take requests on particular items from particular sellers.

Do you get restocks? We do receive restocks but no certain item is ever guaranteed. 

Why do some sizes have an asterisk? This indicates that the item was previously ordered but not yet delivered. If delivery is not made within 24 hours we will then deliver the item to you.
